The best AW26 fashion campaigns

Though we may not want to admit it just yet, summer is dwindling to a close, with no ferocious heatwaves and sweat-sodden t-shirts on the horizon. But while us plebs mourn those endless summer nights, the fashion industry has already started to think about colder climes (AKA the Autumn/Winter campaigns are drip-feeding into our inboxes). Last week we saw Connor Storrie take over our feeds with his star turn in Saint Laurent’s latest offering, winking to camera and bobbing his head to Milli Vanilli’s “Girl I’m Gonna Miss You.”

Aside from Anthony Vaccarello’s unexpected taste in 80s power ballads, there was a lot going on in campaignland this season. Fashion icon Steven Meisel returned to shoot Versace’s layover campaign as it awaits Pieter Mulier’s arrival; Inez & Vinoodh brought Raquel Zimmermann to a coastal paradise for Chloé’s epic offering, and we we chatted to Barry Jenkins about directing his first ever fashion campaign for Prada.
